AT WORK ON DISMANTLING WHITE SUPREMACY
Working to Defeat White Supremacy
We each can do something to deconstruct injustice and implement justice. White supremacy is foundational for many of the generational traumas and manifestations of racism stitched into the fabric of society. In this 10-part intensive, participants will learn how to engage in and facilitate discussions on racism and white supremacy; and think and plan together for dismantling this toxic ideology, creating humane practices and policies, and breaking chains of generational trauma. Wednesday, June 9 - Wednesday, August 11, 2021; Offered at 12pm-2pm EST and 7pm-9pm EST. Cost: $325. Non-refundable $50 deposit due upon registration.
ERADICATING RACISM
Do the Work of Eradicating Racism
A training session for people who want to do the work of eradicating racism, but are unsure of what the work is.
We define racism; examine how it shows up and the resulting injustices and inhumanity; explore the necessary internal and external work of eradicating racism; and discuss tangible actions steps in doing the work.



THE LANGUAGE OF THE BELOVED COMMUNITY
This training explores the language that deters the building of the Beloved Community that Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. envisioned, while focusing mainly on cultivating language that creates a Beloved Community culture in workplaces, organizations, faith based groups, and leadership teams.
WE'RE NOT FRAGILE: INTELLECTUAL HONESTY ABOUT RACISM

A workshop focused on examining the truth about racism and about white people's capacity (and our collective capacity) to be a part of and lead in eradicating racism. However, we do move from examining to exploring strategy.
